Our Process

A project’s process from beginning to end typically follows this order:

  • Step 1: Initial MeetingThe first step is to meet with a potential customer to discuss a project, view the location, and/or provide pertinent information.
  • Step 2: Project MeasurementWe follow the “measure twice, cut once” philosophy in the building process. We come to your location to make measurements and diagrams of the project in question.
  • Step 3: The ProposalAfter defining the project specifications and calculating the price, we provide the potential customer with a formal project proposal.
  • Step 4: Proposal AcceptanceIf he or she chooses, the customer then agrees to the project based on the specifications, price, and timeline presented in the proposal.
  • Step 5: The ContractBoth DalCin Construction and the customer sign an agreement of terms regarding the project’s specifications, price, and timeline.
  • Step 6: Permits & InspectionsDalCin Construction will obtain the permits and inspections required by the local government.
  • Step 7: MaterialsDalCin Construction will obtain all of the materials required to complete the project based on the information in the contract.
  • Step 8: The ProjectDalCin Construction will begin the project on the scheduled date and complete it in a timely, efficient manner.
