A project's process from beginning to end typically follows this order:
The first step is to meet with a potential customer to discuss a project, view the location, and/or provide pertinent information.
We follow the "measure twice, cut once" philosophy in the building process. We come to your location to make measurements and diagrams of the project in question.
After defining the project specifications and calculating the price, we provide the potential customer with a formal project proposal.
If he or she chooses, the customer then agrees to the project based on the specifications, price, and timeline presented in the proposal.
Both DalCin Construction and the customer sign an agreement of terms regarding the project's specifications, price, and timeline.
DalCin Construction will obtain the permits and inspections required by the local government.
DalCin Construction will obtain all of the materials required to complete the project based on the information in the contract.
DalCin Construction will begin the project on the scheduled date and complete it in a timely, efficient manner.
