A project's process from beginning to end typically follows this order: Step 1: Initial Meeting The first step is to meet with a potential customer to discuss a project, view the location, and/or provide pertinent information. Step 2: Project Measurement We follow the "measure twice, cut once" philosophy in the building process. We come to your location to make measurements and diagrams of the project in question. Step 3: The Proposal After defining the project specifications and calculating the price, we provide the potential customer with a formal project proposal. Step 4: Proposal Acceptance If he or she chooses, the customer then agrees to the project based on the specifications, price, and timeline presented in the proposal. Step 5: The Contract Both DalCin Construction and the customer sign an agreement of terms regarding the project's specifications, price, and timeline. Step 6: Permits & Inspections DalCin Construction will obtain the permits and inspections required by the local government. Step 7: Materials DalCin Construction will obtain all of the materials required to complete the project based on the information in the contract.
